NOVELTY - Flexible piezoresistive sensor based on porous network two-dimensional material, obtained by (i) configuring SDS active agent solution, where the solvent is a mixture of water and ethanol, (ii) using sand paper as a template, dropping SDS activated agent solution to the surface of the sand paper, (iii) pouring the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) mixed solution on the sandpaper and the SDS surface, heating and curing, taking off the PDMS from the Sandpaper surface to obtain a porous network PDMS substrate, (iv) placing the prepared porous networkPDMS substrate in the 2D material dispersion liquid for ultrasonic soaking, and drying, (v) preparing electrode and packaging, and (vi) finishing preparation of a flexible piezore-based two-dimensional sensor. USE - The flexible piezoresistive sensor is useful for human movement detection, bionic electronic skin and man-machine interaction. ADVANTAGE - The method enables ultrasonically soaking the flexible substrate of the porous network structure in the graphene solution, so that the sensor has very high sensitivity. The prepared flexible piezoresistive sensor has high sensitivity, wide detection range, and has good application prospect in the field of voice recognition and motion monitoring. Compared with the preparation technology of the sacrificial template, the technology does not generate residue, the experiment operation is simple and the preparation cost is low.
