NOVELTY - Electrochemical device comprises wound electrode assembly comprising positive pole piece, negative pole piece and separator. The separator is disposed between the positive pole piece and the negative pole piece. The positive pole piece comprises positive current collector, first layer and second layer. The first layer is arranged on the surface of the anode current collector, and the second layer is arranged on the surface of the first layer. The first layer comprises ≥ 50% inorganic particles. The second layer comprises greater than 90% anode active material. The thickness of the first layer is d1 μm, the orthographic projection area of the first layer is S1mm2, and the orthographic projection area of the second layer is S2mm2, and meets d1/S1 ≥ 2×10-6, d1/S2 ≥ 2.5×10-6. The first layer is in contact with the packaging shell. USE - The device is useful in electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device can reduce the movement between the bare cell and the packaging shell, and improves the safety performance of the electrochemical device.
