NOVELTY - A high-conductivity multilayer graphene thick film is prepared by forming polyimide, polyamide, graphene oxide and other graphite film precursor by scraper method or screen printing method, and hot pressing at 50-180 degrees C to obtain graphene film precursor, placing the graphene film precursor in a high-temperature furnace and carrying cyclic heat-treatment at 200-500 degrees C for 1-2 hours, 1000-1500 degrees C for 2-5 hours and 2000-2800 degrees C for 2-5 hours, followed by slow cooling after 12 hours and performing roll forming to obtain the finished product. USE - High-conductivity multilayer graphene thick film for impedance-loaded radio frequency identification electronic label (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film ensures signal transmission performance, and has special property of the graphene material, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high flexibility, and can be prepared in convenient, eco-friendly, and cost-effective manner.
