NOVELTY - A substrate preparing method for coordination assembling and synthesizing graphene involves coating carbon-containing polymer layer on insulating substrate, adhering metal catalyst layer into substrate and contact, drying to form insulating substrate/carbon-containing polymer/metal catalyst combination; making it in non-oxidizing atmosphere, raising to 800-1100 degrees C, decomposing carbon-containing polymer and graphene to form metal catalyst layer at high temperature, cooling, making insulating substrate/graphite/metal catalyst combination; etching the combination, washing, and drying. USE - As substrate preparing method for coordination assembling and synthesizing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, and high economic efficiency; and directly prepares large area high quality graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A substrate preparing method for coordination assembling and synthesizing graphene, where an insulating substrate on the metal catalyst by carbon-containing polymer layer for preparing graphene, involves coating carbon-containing polymer layer on the insulating substrate, then adhering the metal catalyst layer into the insulating substrate and contact, drying to form insulating substrate/carbon-containing polymer/metal catalyst combination; obtaining the polymer/combination in non-oxidizing atmosphere, raising the temperature to 800-1100 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 5-100 minutes, decomposing carbon-containing polymer and graphene to form metal catalyst layer at high temperature, cooling to the room temperature in a non-oxidizing atmosphere to obtain insulating substrate/graphite/metal catalyst combination; placing the combination in metal etching liquid, etching to remove the metal catalyst layer, washing with de-ionized water, and drying to obtain the insulating substrate.
