NOVELTY - A composite material contains 12-22 %mass carbon fiber, 5-15 %mass PTFE, 5-15 %mass modified montmorillonite, 1-4 %mass graphene, 1-2 %mass coupling agent, 0.2-0.5 %mass lubricant, 0.5-1 %mass antioxidant and balance amount of polyphenylene sulfide. The modified montmorillonite is sodium montmorillonite modified by vinyl benzyl dimethyl octadecyl ammonium chloride. USE - Composite material is useful for corrosion-resistant end face sealing strip. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent impact resistance, tensile properties, compression resistance, bending resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, toughness and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material, which involves weighing raw materials and then mixing, stirring the mixture and then centrifuging, adding acetone and acid to the mixture and then heating, cooling the mixture, and grinding.
