▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copolymerized toughening modified material comprises 60-90 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 10-40 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 0.5-5 pts. wt. epoxy polymer, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. diglycidyl ether derivatives, 0.2-1 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.2-1 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, and 1-10 pts. wt. inorganic fillers. USE - The material is useful for three-dimensional printing polylactic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has long-acting stability, smooth wire outlet and good drawing effect, when applied to the three-dimensional printing; solves the problem that the polylactic acid and thermoplastic polyurethane blending extrusion process thermodynamics is not compatible and phase separation problem, and, the wire outlet is smooth, and the wire drawing effect is good. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the copolymerized toughening modified material, comprising drying and mixing each component, melting and co-extruding by a twin-screw extruder.
