NOVELTY - The radiator has a fin main body (2) formed on a uniform bottom plate. The fin main body is provided with a graphene fin main body. An outer surface of the graphene fin main body is formed with a silicon carbide (SIC) surface layer to perform chemical vapor deposition process. The uniform bottom plate is provided with a metal substrate. The metal substrate is formed with a graphene uniform interlayer (5). A metal base (6) is formed with a sinking groove (8) to form the graphene uniform interlayer. A metal cover plate (7) is integrated with the fin main body. An outer surface of the metal base is formed with a protective coating. The graphene fin main body comprises a horizontal substrate. Multiple wing plates are formed on the horizontal substrate in parallel at an equal intervals. USE - Fin-type radiator. ADVANTAGE - The radiator forms the graphene fin main body to improve radiating property, and provides the uniform bottom plate to ensure heat uniformity of the metal heat storage and the graphene uniform interlayer, so that radiating process can be uniformly and efficiently performed with obvious radiating effect. The radiator has surface protection, can prevent graphene powder falling off and fin oxidation resistance, avoids dangerous situation caused by graphene material, and increases effective service life.
