▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing heat-insulating and heat-conducting integrated film based on graphene film comprises preparing graphene film with thickness of 100-1000 microns, sputtering metal nickel or metal titanium on the graphene film to form middle metal layer, and sputtering outer metal material on middle metal layer to form outer metal layer. The outer metal material comprises silver, copper or aluminum. USE - The method is useful for preparing heat-insulating and heat-conducting integrated film based on graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method uses highly wettable intermediate metals e.g. sputtering titanium and nickel as the connecting layer between the graphene film and the outer metal layer. The low thermal resistance connection technology is used to realize the efficient combination between the outer metal layer and the graphene film, so as to reduce the interlayer contact thermal resistance and resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for heat-insulating and heat-conducting integrated film based on graphene film.
