NOVELTY - Conductive micropowder comprises a solid filler for polymer-based PTC materials and a crystalline organic layer coated on the surface of the solid filler for polymer-based PTC materials. The solid filler for polymer-based PTC material includes a conductive carbon material. The main component of the crystalline organic layer is crystalline organic matter, and the mass ratio of the conductive carbon material and the crystalline organic matter is 10-120:10-50. The particle size of the conductive fine powder is ≤ 80 μm. USE - The micropowder is useful for polymer-based positive temperature coefficient (PTC) materials. ADVANTAGE - The micropowder can solve the problem that the PTC electric heating coating is easy to cause thermal runaway and easy to increase the room temperature resistance when it is used for a long time. It can obviously inhibit the NTC phenomenon of polymer-based PTC material and improve the safety of the material.
