NOVELTY - Nano-hybrid heavy anti-corrosion material, prepared by using 1-2 pts. wt. silicone resin, 1-2 pts. wt. fluorine resin, 2-4 pts. wt. inorganic nano ceramic materials, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. graphene material, where the modified silicone fluororesin base material prepared by silicone resin and fluororesin, fusing inorganic nano-ceramic materials and graphene materials to form nano-hybrid composite materials, mixing nano-organosilicone fluororesin base material and nano-hybrid composite material and reacting to prepare nano-hybrid heavy anticorrosive material, is claimed. USE - The nano-hybrid heavy anti-corrosion material is useful in the high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid tower equipment. ADVANTAGE - The nano-hybrid heavy anti-corrosion material: has good properties e.g. high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance; is convenient to construct, and can replace the traditional ceramic tile masonry anticorrosion method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for : (1) preparing nano-hybrid heavy anti-corrosion material comprising mixing and reacting fluororesin with silicone resin to prepare modified nano-silicone fluororesin base material, fusing the inorganic nano-ceramic material and the graphene material to form a nano-hybrid composite material, mixing the nano-organosilicon fluororesin base material and the nano-hybrid composite material uniformly and completing the reaction to obtain nano-hybrid heavy anticorrosive material; and (2) use method of nano-hybrid heavy anti-corrosion material comprising applying the nano-hybrid heavy anticorrosive material to high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid tower equipment through spraying, microwave high temperature curing, spraying the nano-hybrid heavy anticorrosive material in the high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid tower equipment.
