NOVELTY - Powder coating comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-10 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 5-20 pts. wt. filler, 1-35 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.2-1.0 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-5 pts. wt. leveling agent and 1.5-5 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Powder coating used for the surface of wood products. ADVANTAGE - The powder coating does not contain harmful components such as volatile organic compound and not cause deformation to the heat sensitive substrate, is environment-friendly and safe, has high glossiness, achieves good decorative purpose, coating adhesive force, hardness, wear resistance and good physical and chemical properties.
