▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The electrode (10) has a first electrode layer (110) formed on a substrate (100). The first electrode layer is provided with a graphene mesh structure comprising graphene and a set of holes. A second electrode layer (120) is formed on the first electrode layer, and includes a set of conductive nanowires. The set of holes is arranged in a repetitive array in the graphene mesh structure. The first electrode layer includes a dopant, which is formed in the graphene mesh structure. An overcoat layer (130) covers an upper surface of the second electrode layer. USE - Transparent electrode for use in an electronic device e.g. bendable or foldable electronic device such as flat display e.g. LCD, organic LED and LED, curved display, touch screen panel, solar cell, electronic-window, electrochromic mirror, heat mirror, transparent transistor and flexible display (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode provides reduced sheet resistance and enhanced mechanical flexibility, while providing improved conductivity and improved light transmission. The electrode has improved reliability with a simply mixed structure of a graphene monolayer and silver nanowires. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional perspective view of a transparent electrode. Electrode (10) Substrate (100) Electrode layers (110, 120) Overcoat layer (130)
