NOVELTY - A furniture graphene wood-plastic material comprises 10-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. polyglycerol fatty acid ester, 12 pts. wt. tin octyl mercaptan, 0.4-1 pt. wt. diphenylimidazoline, 30-40 pts. wt. modified wood fiber, 0.06-0.1 pt. wt. lithium naphthenate, and 160-200 pts. wt. high density polypropylene. USE - Furniture graphene wood-plastic material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good mechanical property, high surface activity, good toughness, high intensity, good stability, and high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-wood-plastic material comprising taking graphene oxide and polyglycerol fatty acid ester, adding 20-30 times deionized water, mixing, and sonicating for 10-20 minutes; taking diphenylimidazoline, adding 5-7 times chloroform, stirring, adding modified wood fiber, stirring, and distilling; mixing with graphene dispersion, stirring, vacuum filtering, washing filter cake with water, and drying at room temperature; and mixing with remaining raw materials, stirring, melt extruding, and cooling.
