▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing composite nano fiber membrane comprises (i) dissolving poly(vinyl alcohol) and sodium alginate in deionized water; (ii) adding oxidized graphene to deionized water, mixing uniformly under ultrasonic conditions, then adding silver nitrate; (iii) uniformly mixing step (i) and (ii) product, electro spinning; (iv) immersing the step (iii) primary fiber membrane in anhydrous ethanol solution of calcium chloride, to obtain composite film containing silver; and (v) heating the step (iv) product, to obtain the final product. USE - The composite nano fiber membrane is useful for resisting bacteria, studying antibacterial effect and preparing medical dressings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane has good spinnability, good biological compatibility and high tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composite nano fiber membrane comprises (i) dissolving poly(vinyl alcohol) and sodium alginate in deionized water, to obtain sodium alginate/poly(vinyl alcohol) mixture, where the mass ratio of poly(vinyl alcohol) and sodium alginate is 9:1; (ii) adding oxidized graphene to deionized water, mixing uniformly under ultrasonic conditions, then adding silver nitrate, to obtain graphene oxide solution containing silver nitrate, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide and silver nitrate is 50:1; (iii) uniformly mixing step (i) and (ii) product, electro spinning, to obtain silver-containing graphene oxide/sodium alginate/poly(vinyl alcohol) primary fiber membrane, where the mass ratio of poly(vinyl alcohol), sodium alginate, graphene oxide and silver nitrate is 900:100:50:1; (iv) immersing the step (iii) primary fiber membrane in anhydrous ethanol solution of calcium chloride, to obtain composite film containing silver; and (v) heating the step (iv) product at 150-160 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, to obtain the final product.
