NOVELTY - The sensor has a polymer elastomer (2) which is meshed between the graphene electrode layers (1,3). The graphene electrode layer is provided with 1 to 10 layers of graphene transparent conductive film and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) support. The graphene transparent conductive film is formed with a large area of the copper foil substrate that is transferred to the graphene film on the PET. USE - Graphene-based capacitive pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensitivity of the capacitive pressure sensor is increased. The deformation space of the elastomer deformation is increased, thus the pressure test range of the capacitive pressure sensor is increased.
