▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves performing an adhesive backing treatment after a preliminary vacuum hot pressing of a graphene film. The one side of the metal plate in contact with the graphene film is provided with a relief or intaglio pattern. ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductivity characteristics of graphene are utilized. The process for forming graphene for heat dissipation of consumer electronic micro devices is realized.
