NOVELTY - The method involves performing an adhesive backing treatment after a preliminary vacuum hot pressing of a graphene film. A secondary vacuum hot pressing forming is performed by a three-dimensional fixture. The three-dimensional fixture is provided with two metal plates. The one side of the metal plate in contact with the graphene film is provided with a relief or intaglio pattern. The graphene film is placed in a planar fixture, and the preliminary pressing is performed under vacuum and heated processing conditions. USE - Method for forming three-dimensional graphene film used in electronic micro device or electronic device such as mobile phone, tablet computer, notebook computer or game machine (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductivity characteristics of graphene are utilized. The process for forming graphene for heat dissipation of consumer electronic micro devices is realized. The low-density compressible graphene film is used so as to fit and fill different micro devices to achieve heat dissipation after the design mold is pressed in stages to form the special three-dimensional structure.
