NOVELTY - Polyether sulfone porous film is prepared by mixing sodium hydroxide solution and sodium borohydride at room temperature to prepare sodium borohydride aqueous solution, adding phenolphthalein, stirring magnetically for 3-6 hours, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring magnetically for 30-60 minutes, standing for 1-2 hours, and performing rotary evaporation to obtain phenolphthalein bisphenol monomer containing carboxyl. The 4, 4-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone is added into reaction container, where reaction container is provided with water distributor, condenser stirrer and nitrogen, and nitrogen is introduced into reaction container in the flow rate of 30-60 ml/minute. USE - Polyether sulfone porous film for use in biological medical treatment and water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The polyether sulfone porous film has high glass transition point temperature, good heat resistance, large deionized water angle, good hydrophilic performance, good porous structure, good breaking strength, and good mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyether sulfone porous film is prepared by mixing sodium hydroxide solution and sodium borohydride at room temperature to prepare sodium borohydride aqueous solution, adding phenolphthalein, stirring magnetically for 3-6 hours, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring magnetically for 30-60 minutes, standing for 1-2 hours, and performing rotary evaporation to obtain phenolphthalein bisphenol monomer containing carboxyl. The 4, 4-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone is added into reaction container, where reaction container is provided with water distributor, condenser stirrer and nitrogen, nitrogen is introduced into reaction container in the flow rate of 30-60 ml/minute, dimethyl sulfoxide, potassium carbonate and carboxyl-containing phenolphthalein bisphenol monomer are added, the stirring speed of the stirrer is set between 100-300 revolutions/minute (rpm), the mixture is stirred for 30-60 minutes at room temperature, air is discharged, the temperature is slowly raised to 120-150℃, the temperature is maintained for 2-3 hours, the condenser is used for condensation and reflux, the water distributor is used for collecting excess water, water is discharged, continuously heated at180-220℃, reacted for 12-24 hours, and cooled naturally to room temperature to obtain carboxyl-containing phenolphthalein polyether sulfone. The carboxyl-containing phenolphthalein polyether sulfone is taken, crushed, sieved with a 10-mesh sieve, organic solvent is added for the membrane casting solution, heated at 60-90℃, dissolved ultrasonically, where ultrasonic power is 400-800 watts (W), deionized water, silicon dioxide, graphene and a pore-foaming agent are added after dissolving, stirred at the speed of 80-150 rpm for 1-2 hours, and continuously ultrasonically treated at the power of 400-800 W for 5-8 hours to obtain the membrane casting solution. The casting membrane liquid is poured on a clean glass plate, flat membrane is scrapped by using a scraper, glass plate coated with the casting membrane liquid is quickly placed into water at 20-25℃, membrane is taken out after the phase conversion is finished when the membrane floats on the water surface, soaked for 3-5 times in ultrapure water for 30-60 minutes, and dried naturally to obtain the polyether sulfone porous film.
