▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a copper-clad aluminum composite welding strip comprises (i) surface cleaning of copper strip and aluminum rod, wrapping the copper strip around the base material rod and welding and grinding the gaps in the copper strip to obtain a composite copper rod, (ii) multiple drawing passes of the composite copper rod, and ultrasonic testing to obtain a composite copper wire, and (iii) drawing the composite copper wire to the specified specifications, heat annealing and tin plating of the drawn composite copper wire. USE - Preparation method of copper-clad aluminum composite welding belt used in photovoltaic module. Can also be used in interconnection strip, bus belt, component battery used, tin alloy coated on surface of oxygen-free copper, and conductive and anti-oxidation effect. ADVANTAGE - The prepared copper-clad aluminum composite welding belt can reach the same performance and online diameter with the oxygen-free copper, under the condition of equal weight, the length is 1.5-2.5 times of the pure copper wire, each kilogram cost can be reduced by 15-20 %.
