▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - In-situ catalytic decomposition method for the preparation of graphene film transfer material, comprises (a) dissolving a poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) in acetone and then adding dropwise to a metal substrate, to form a thin film layer, where the catalyst comprises a metal film as graphene; and (b) placing the PMMA film on the quartz substrate under nitrogen atmosphere, evaporating graphene at a high temperature and transferring to a quartz substrate. USE - The catalytic decomposition method is useful for preparing graphene film transfer material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The non-toxic, catalytic decomposition method provides graphene film transfer material in a simple and less time consuming manner.
