NOVELTY - The device has an ultrasonic oscillator that is included with an oscillator tank (11). A transducer is arranged on the bottom and a side wall of the oscillator tank. The oscillator tank is filled with graphite raw material. A delivery pump is communicated with the oscillator tank. The graphite material is divided into two paths through the delivery pump and is circulated to the oscillator tank. The graphite material is subjected to the ultrasonic shock while colliding in the oscillator tank. USE - Device for pre-processing of the graphite raw material, graphite intermediate and graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphite raw material is pre treated as an intermediate state with a small number of layers. Therefore, the stripping efficiency and the peeling effect are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for pre-processing of the graphite raw material, graphite intermediates and graphene.
