▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing ozone oxidation graphene quantum dot comprises (i) providing graphite oxide aqueous dispersion, (ii) adding hydrogen peroxide solution in aqueous dispersion, (iii) at 4-90 degrees C, lasting ozone, obtaining graphene quantum dot, and (iv) processing step (iii) resulting dispersion to obtain solid graphene quantum dot product. USE - The method is useful for producing ozone oxidation graphene quantum dot (claimed), which is used for preparing solar energy battery, electrochemical biosensor, photocatalytic material and in biological imaging. ADVANTAGE - The method uses material rich in oxygen containing group, fluorescence and electrochemical character catalytic activity.
