NOVELTY - A graphene composite infrared radiation thermal conductive film is formed by applying graphene composite infrared radiation coating on a substrate, and curing. The graphene composite infrared radiation coating comprises an infrared radiation material graphene, filler, a dispersant, a binder and a solvent. USE - Graphene composite infrared radiation thermal conductive film is used for highly integrated electronic device and rapid thermal heating apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite film has excellent infrared radiation capacity, thermal conductivity and heat-transfer efficiency, and is prepared by simple process.
