NOVELTY - Preparing integrated semi-solid aluminum ion battery with dual reaction zone comprises (a) adding the polymer into the plasticizer, stirring uniformly to obtain the polymer gel precursor liquid, (b) taking 0.05-10% polymer gel precursor solution to conduct conductive materials with functional groups with adsorption characteristics, ultrasonically dispersing in the dichloromethane, mixing with the precursor liquid of the polymer gel to form the composite suspension, coating or pouring the composite suspension on the anode coating for in-situ polymerization, forming a semi-solid double reaction zone with anode integration, (c) adding the polymer into 80-95% plasticizer to form the solution A gel, coating or pouring the solution A on the cathode surface, forming the gel electrolyte on the cathode surface and (d) bonding the integrated semi-solid double reaction zone of the anode to the surface gel electrolyte of the cathode. USE - The method is useful for preparing integrated semi-solid aluminum ion battery with dual reaction zone. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare integrated semi-solid aluminum ion battery with dual reaction zone that has excellent cycle life and specific capacity, and reduced electrode polarization, and realizes maximum electron transfer and increases the pseudo-capacitor capacity contribution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an integrated semi-solid aluminum ion battery with dual reaction zone, prepared by the above preparation method.
