▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene channel component comprises a graphene film and a cadaverine olfactory receptor immobilized on the graphene film. USE - Graphene channel component is used for forming graphene transistor for biosensor (all claimed) for detecting meat freshness. ADVANTAGE - The graphene channel component has high conductivity and charge mobility, and provides graphene transistor with simple chip-form structure and reduced surface resistance. The graphene transistor provides portable biosensor which enables simple, rapid, and efficient detection of meat freshness with excellent sensitivity, accuracy and reproducibility, by simultaneously detecting liquid and gaseous cadaverine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene transistor, which comprises a substrate, the graphene channel component, and a pair of electrodes.
