▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing cellulose-based conductive complex film involves (a) inoculating Acetobacter xylinum into fermentation medium, performing static fermentation at 30-34degreesC and relative humidity of 56-60%, and then using dilute alkali solution and deionized water to wash the static fermentation product to neutrality and obtain a biocellulose liquid film, (b) freezing and curing the biocellulose liquid film obtained in step (a) and then vacuum drying to obtain a biocellulose aerogel, (c) dissolving graphene and silver nanowires (AgNWs) in water in a mass ratio of 1:1-3 and ultrasonically mixing in an ice water bath to obtain reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/AgNWs mixed solution, (d) soaking the biocellulose aerogel obtained in step (b) in rGO/AgNWs mixture obtained in step (c), then freezing and curing and vacuum drying to obtain conductive biocellulose aerogel and (e) subjecting the conductive biocellulose aerogel obtained in step (d) to hot-pressing treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing cellulose-based conductive complex film which is used in conductive material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares complex film which has good flexibility, high mechanical properties and good electrical conductivity and can be completely degraded.
