NOVELTY - The low dielectric constant fiber film is prepared by an electrostatic spinning process through electrostatic spinning ink. The electrostatic spinning ink comprises 5-30 wt.% a main resin, 1-5 wt.% a toughening resin, 5-35 wt.% a filler, 0.01-1wt.% a dispersant, 30-85 wt.% a solvent, 0.05-1 wt.% a curing agent and 0.01-1 ps. wt. an antioxidant. The low dielectric constant fiber film has a dielectric constant of less than 2. USE - Low dielectric constant fiber film. ADVANTAGE - The thickness of the fiber film can be adjusted by adjusting the content of the solvent during the formation of the low-dielectric-constant fiber film. The toughening resin, the curing agent and the antioxidant further improve the strength, the physical property and the oxidation resistance of the low-dielectric-constant fiber film respectively. The preparation method has simple process and can be used for industrial production.
