NOVELTY - A graphene layer is formed on a metallic substrate. A primary metal is formed on the graphene layer to form a metal protective layer. The metal protective layer is transferred to the metal supporting layer, and graphene layer is removed from metallic substrate. Metal protective layer and transfer layer are transferred to a target substrate, and exposed metal protection layer is removed. Secondary metal is deposited on the metal protection layer, and exposed portion of the lower electrode is removed to obtain graphene electric component. USE - Manufacture of graphene electric component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene electric component having improved performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene transfer layer; and (2) graphene electric component.
