NOVELTY - Preparation of manganese-doped zinc sulfide quantum-dot surface imprinting fluorescent probe involves preparing silane-modified manganese-doped zinc sulfide quantum dot, dissolving graphene oxide in ethanol, adding KH-580 (RTM: long-chain alkyl silane), heating, washing, drying, obtaining manganese-doped zinc sulfide graphene oxide, adding resultant product and dimethylformamide to three-necked flask, adding propionamide pseudo template, methacrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile, sealing, washing, filtering, drying, eluting and drying. USE - Preparation of manganese-doped zinc sulfide quantum-dot surface imprinting fluorescent probe used for detection of acrylamide in food (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of manganese-doped zinc sulfide quantum-dot surface imprinting fluorescent probe having excellent luminescence efficiency and sensitivity and high detection rate, within short period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of manganese-doped zinc sulfide quantum-dot surface imprinting fluorescent probe involves adding zinc sulfate heptahydrate, manganese chloride tetrahydrate and deionized water to three-necked flask, dissolving, mixing at room temperature in nitrogen atmosphere, dripping aqueous solution of sodium sulfide nonahydrate, stirring continuously, centrifuging, obtaining manganese-doped zinc sulfide quantum dot, washing, drying, dispersing resultant in ethanol solution, stirring, dripping KH-580 (RTM: long-chain alkyl silane), refluxing, washing, drying, leaving still, obtaining silane-modified manganese-doped zinc sulfide quantum dot, dissolving graphene oxide in ethanol, stirring, adding KH-580 (RTM: long-chain alkyl silane), heating, washing, vacuum-drying, obtaining manganese-doped zinc sulfide graphene oxide, adding resultant product and dimethylformamide to three-necked flask, ultrasonically dispersing, adding propionamide pseudo template, methacrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile, sealing, washing, filtering, vacuum-drying, adding to mixture comprising methanol and acetic acid in Soxhlet extractor, eluting and vacuum-drying.
