NOVELTY - Flexible composite sensor comprises interdigital electrode (2) provided between a flexible substrate (1) and a folded composite sensing material (3). The folded composite sensing material comprises silk protein and graphene film. USE - Used as flexible composite sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The sensor is small in size and flexible; and has wear-resistant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the sensor, comprising (i) printing designed mold by three dimensional printer, pouring polydimethylsiloxane polymer or silica gel into mold to reverse mold, and pouring the silk protein solution into inverted mold for the secondary reverse mold to obtain flexible substrate; (ii) printing conductive silver paste or conductive silver ink on flexible substrate by screen printing technology, and drying at 90-120 degrees C; and (iii) applying the mixed suspension of silk fibroin and graphene on silk fibroin film printed with interdigital electrode by spraying or screen printing technology, and drying.
