NOVELTY - Slurry comprises a conductive solution and a first auxiliary agent. The first auxiliary agent can be mixed with the conductive solution, and the first auxiliary agent is capable of adjusting the viscosity of the slurry which is suitable for a multiple of printing processes. The first auxiliary agent is a cellulose powder thickening agent. The conductive solution is a transparent conductive solution. The conductive material solution is a kind nano silver wire solution, polyethylene dioxythiophene, polystyrene sulfonate solution, graphene solution and single-walled carbon nanotube solution and the first auxiliary agent comprises carboxymethyl cellulose powder or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose powder. USE - The slurry is useful for preparation of conductive film layer of inorganic electroluminescent device (claimed) used in display device and illumination device. ADVANTAGE - The slurry: is suitable for multiple printing processes; enables to use various printing processes in the preparation of the electrode layer of the inorganic electroluminescent device to break free and improve the production efficacy; and solve the problem that the selection of the existing inorganic electroluminescent device preparation process is affected by the properties of the ink, and even causes extremely low production efficacy.
