NOVELTY - Preparing high strength polysaccharide-MXene composite microsphere comprises (1) adding 2-dimentional metal carbides and nitrides (MXenes) dispersion in the polysaccharide aqueous solution, mixing uniformly as the dispersed aqueous phase, mixing emulsifier and water-insoluble organic solvent uniformly as the oil phase, the oil phase as the continuous phase under the condition of mechanical stirring, dispersing aqueous phase into the oil phase, emulsifying to obtain stable water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion, (2) adding mixed solution of chemical crosslinking agent and catalyst into emulsion, carrying out chemical crosslinking reaction at a certain temperature, after reacting for a period of time, orderly using cyclohexane, ethanol and de-ionized water for washing microsphere to obtain polysaccharide-MXene composite microsphere. USE - The method is useful for preparing high strength polysaccharide-MXene composite microsphere. ADVANTAGE - The microsphere: has good biocompatibility; and improves operation flow rate than pure polysaccharide microsphere, and great application potential in biological catalysis and fast flow rate protein chromatographic separation field.
