▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing porous material based on enzyme catalytic crosslinking comprises (a) preparing regenerative silk fibroin solution and then adding solution, (b) mixing the regenerated silk- fibroin solution with the re-adding solution to obtain a pre-mixed solution, and (c) adding crosslinking agent to the pre-mixing solution for crosslinking to obtain the mixed solution, where the re-adding solution comprises graphene solution, oxidized graphene solution or porous oxidized-graphene solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing porous material based on enzyme catalytic crosslinking, which is useful in tissue engineering technology, membrane-guided tissue regeneration, gene therapy, and growth factor induction for treating bone defect. ADVANTAGE - The method provides porous material with regular pore diameter, uniform porosity, high porosity and good mechanical property and biocompatibility.
