NOVELTY - A microsphere electrolyte comprises a capsule core which is a liquid electrolyte and a capsule wall which is a polymer electrolyte. USE - Microsphere electrolyte used in yarn-shaped flexible battery (all claimed) in wearable electronic product market and in flexible and wearable energy storage device. ADVANTAGE - The microsphere electrolyte is similar to flow sand, has high flexibility, moves along with the bending of the flexible battery, connected with each other tightly, maintaining the normal work of flexible battery. It improves the use safety, and avoids generation of crack or break in the bending process of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1.preparation of microsphere electrolyte which involves, mixing the liquid electrolyte, polymer electrolyte, organic solvent and surfactant to obtain mixed solution, adding the mixed solution into the electrolyte coagulation bath and solidifying, 2. yarn-shaped flexible battery; and 3. preparation of yarn-shaped flexible battery.
