DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing cobalt borate/graphene composite material comprising dissolving the water-soluble cobalt salt and sodium tetraborate decahydrate in deionized water, adding the graphene oxide solution to control the temperature and reaction time under hydrothermal reaction conditions, synthesizing graphene oxide using chemical method, centrifugally washing and drying the precipitate.
