▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Repairing graphite structure in reduced graphene oxide, comprises (i) oxidizing graphite to prepare graphene oxide, (ii) mixing graphene oxide prepared in step (i) with pyridine to obtain mixed solution, adding predetermined amount of nickel ions into mixed solution and subjecting the mixed solution into hydrothermal reaction, freezing and drying the product, then calcining at predetermined temperature for predetermined time, washing the calcined solid and drying to obtain final product. USE - The nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide is useful in electrode material for super-capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: simple operation, low cost and mild reaction conditions; and is suitable for large-scale industrial production; and does not require specific complicated equipment and harsh conditions compared to the vapor deposition method; and produces nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide which has excellent electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide obtained by above method.
