▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector has a conductive fiber substrate (1), a first electrode modification layer (2), an organic photosensitive layer (3), a second electrode modification layer (4) and an outer transparent electrode (5) that are coaxially wrapped from inside to outside, sequentially. The conductive fiber substrate is used as an inner electrode. The first electrode modification layer is used as an electron transport layer for reducing device dark current and improving light response. The conductive fiber substrate is made of metal wire, carbon nano tube fiber, carbon fiber, and graphene or high molecular conductive fiber. The first electrode modification layer is made of zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, tin oxide and polyetherimide. The outer transparent electrode is made of polyaniline, polypyrrole, silver nanowires, copper nanowires, gold nanowires and graphene carbon nano tube transparent electrode material. USE - Fiber-shaped organic photo-diode detector for use in various fields. Uses include but are not limited to imaging, optical communication, military and medical fields. ADVANTAGE - The device has simplified preparation process, and adjusts parameters of the dipping and pulling technique to obtain a film with different characteristics so as to optimize photoelectric performance of the device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a fiber-shaped organic photo-diode detector preparation method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a side perspective view of a fiber-shaped organic photo-diode detector. 1Conductive fiber substrate 2First electrode modification layer 3Organic photosensitive layer 4Second electrode modification layer 5Outer transparent electrode
