NOVELTY - Processing graphene reinforcing auxiliary agent comprises (a) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene-diatomite composite in deionized water at 45-50°C for 30-40 minutes, adding aqueous ammonia, and continuously stirring for 30-40 minutes, adding copper acetate, stirring at 25-30°C for 8-10 hours, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain modified graphene loaded with copper ions, (b) mixing modified graphene loaded with copper ions, ammonium polyphosphate, deionized water, stirring at 40-50°C for 2-4 hours, filtering, washing, and drying. USE - Processing graphene reinforcing auxiliary agent for plastics processing. ADVANTAGE - The graphene auxiliary agent has excellent flame retardant property and mechanical property, and improved flame retardant property. The graphene-diatomite composite is dispersed uniformly, not easy to agglomerate, and has excellent mechanical property of plastic product.
