▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polyethylene glycol modified graphene oxide comprises graphene oxide and polyethylene glycol having one end consisting of amino and other end consisting of imino. The nitrogen atom of imino is connected with carbon atom in carbonyl of graphene oxide to form amido bond. The graphene oxide has height of 1-2 nm and size of 10-30 nm. The polyethylene glycol is linear polyethylene glycol with molecular weight of 1800-2200, and weight percentage of 25-35%. USE - Polyethylene glycol modified graphene oxide used as specific activating agent or stabilizing agent of trypsin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene glycol modified graphene oxide has simple synthesis and improves activity and thermal stability of trypsin, thus meeting biomedical requirements for trypsin.
