▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polymer-based composite aerogel is prepared with polymer as matrix and carbon material as filler, where mass ratio of polymer to carbon material is 100:(4-16). USE - Polymer-based composite aerogel used in preparation of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials, conductive materials, heat insulation protection materials, and lightweight heat-resistant materials (claimed); and used in aerospace, national defense, and multiple important fields, such as transportation, medical equipment, and microelectronics. ADVANTAGE - The polymer-based composite aerogel has ordered pore structure, low density, excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance, anisotropy, and excellent thermal stability, and have broad application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polymer-based composite aerogel, which involves: (A) adding polyamic acid, and carbon material into deionized water, then adding organic base to stir, and disperse uniformly to obtain aqueous dispersion; (B) pouring aqueous dispersion in mold, freezing with freezing liquid, and freeze-drying to obtain freeze-dried sample; and (C) providing lyophilized sample, which is thermally imidized to obtain aerogel.
