NOVELTY - Flexible electrode with graphene oxide composite material, is claimed. The material is formed by a strong chemical bond between a carboxy group of graphene oxide and an amino group of aniline. The aniline in the aniline-modified graphene oxide is grafted with reaction sites on poly aniline to obtain the flexible electrode. USE - The flexible electrode with graphene oxide composite material is useful in polymer light-emitting diodes. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple in preparation process and economical; utilizes graphene oxide with large adsorption specific surface area to form an orderly aggregated structure and hence improves the conductivity of the composite material; and produces product with high stability, transmission rate, and good compatibility with the luminescent layer material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flexible electrode comprising: (a) adding graphene oxide to aniline aqueous solution (0.2-1 mol/l), in a ratio of (1:200)-(1:10), and stirring under the protection of nitrogen gas at 25-40 degrees C for 5-7 hours to obtain the aniline modified graphene oxide; (b) dissolving the obtained modified graphene oxide, dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid, and ammonium persulfate in water, in a mass ratio of 1:(1-2.5):(1.5-2.5), and reacting at 0-5 degrees C for 4-8 hours to obtain the reaction mixture; (c) adding an equal volume of acetone or ethanol to the obtained reaction mixture, filtering using ethanol, washing using deionized water until no foam is present, clarifying the filtrate to obtain dark green filter cake, drying at normal temperature, and grinding to obtain the product as a dark green powder.
