NOVELTY - Graphene nanoribbons preparation involves treating metal substrate with an acid in presence of oxygen-free environment, heating the metal substrate at 600-900 degrees C, and performing vapor deposition reaction of metal substrate in presence of protective gas and ultraviolet light. The metal substrate is attached to the surface of a carbon nanometer wall. The product is processed with ionic liquid, and then ground in a ball grinding mill to obtain solution. The solution is purified to obtain the desired product. USE - Method for preparing graphene nanoribbons (claimed).
