▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polycaprolactone doped with caprolactam, is obtained by copolymerization of caprolactam and caprolactone. The amount of caprolactam used in copolymerization process, is 1-20 wt.%, and the amount of caprolactone used, is 80-99 wt.%. USE - Polycaprolactone doped with caprolactam, is used for preparing plastic bag and lunch box (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polycaprolactone doped with caprolactam, when used for preparing the plastic bags and lunch boxes, enables to effectively improve the controllability of the degradation rate of plastic bags and lunch boxes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1) preparation of polycaprolactone which involves: (i) mixing caprolactam and caprolactone, adding them into reaction kettle, adding ammonium borate, stirring thoroughly, to dissolve the caprolactam and the ammonium borate in the caprolactone, to form reaction solution; (2) warming up the reaction solution to 110°C under vacuum, keeping for 2-12 hours and removing water; (3) then raising temperature to 120-250°C, keeping for 1-10 hours to form polycaprolactone, the mass ratio of caprolactam, caprolactone and ammonium borate used, in the process is 1:(1-10):(0.001-0.01); 2) plastic bag which comprises polycaprolactone, inorganic filler, degradation rate regulator and plasticizer; and 3) lunch box which comprises polycaprolactone, polylactic acid, polybutylene succinate, modifier, nucleating agent and temperature regulator.
