NOVELTY - A graphene-containing electrothermal material comprises 60-90 pts. wt. polymer matrix, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene and 3-6 pts. wt. flame retardant. The polymer matrix comprises epoxy resin, silicone rubber and urethane resin. USE - Graphene-containing electrothermal material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing electrothermal material has stable resistance value and high energy conversion efficiency of more than 88%, and ensures rapid heating within 15-20 minutes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing electrothermal material, which involves mixing raw materials, heating, melting, uniformly stirring, adding curing agent and then curing at 90-105 degrees C and extruding.
