▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano-powder by dry stripping process comprises (i) heating highly expandable graphite powder at 800-1400 degrees C under inert or reducing atmosphere and expanding to obtain graphite worm having high expansion and high specific surface area, (ii) collecting obtained graphite worm into graphite nanosheet by ultrahigh speed rotation cutting in crushing cavity, (iii) introducing graphite nanosheet into high-pressure vessel placed on vibratory platform, filling container by pressurizing compressed gas pressure is greater than or equal to 1 MPa and controlling vibration frequency, amplitude and outflow of powder from bottom pipe of high pressure vessel, and (iv) flowing graphite nanosheet from high pressure vessel is introduced into high pressure ultrasonic stripping chamber for continuous stripping, then reducing pressure to normal pressure and recovering powder by cyclone separator to obtain graphene nanopowder. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene nano-powder by dry stripping process. ADVANTAGE - The nano-powder has high conductivity, low resistance, high specific surface area and low manufacturing cost.
