NOVELTY - The method involves forming a graphene device (300) with a graphene layer and measuring the current applied to the graphene layer. The pressure is sensed through the comparison of the current. A metal layer is formed on a growth substrate and the graphene layer. A transcribing sacrificial layer is formed at the upper part of the graphene layer and patterned. The graphene layer is etched and the transcribing sacrificial layer is removed. A flexibility transparent substrate is introduced on the graphene layer. USE - Method for sensing pressure on a touch screen of a computer monitor or a cellular phone by a graphene device (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method involves forming a graphene device with a graphene layer and measuring the current applied to the graphene layer, where the pressure is sensed through the comparison of the current, and thus enables easy and efficient sensing of the pressure on the touch screen.
