NOVELTY - Preparation of fluorosilane-modified graphene-filled fluoroether rubber involves dissolving fluororubber in organic solvent, adding fluorosilane-modified graphene solution to rubber solution, ultrasonically-dispersing, removing organic solvent, vacuum-drying at 120-150 degrees C for 3-6 hours and obtaining graphene/fluoroether rubber mixture, mixing graphene/fluoroether rubber mixture with an acid acceptor, curing agent and vulcanizing agent, hot-press-vulcanizing and two-stage atmospheric high-temperature vulcanizing. USE - Preparation of fluorosilane-modified graphene-filled fluoroether rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides fluorosilane-modified graphene-filled fluoroether rubber with excellent mechanical properties and high temperature performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of fluorosilane-modified graphene-filled fluoroether rubber involves mixing graphene oxide and fluorosilane with an organic solvent, adjusting pH value of the solution to 4-5, ultrasonically-treating mixture in a water bath until the oxidized graphene is uniformly dispersed, high-temperature-refluxing reaction and obtaining fluorosilane-grafted graphene oxide, adding hydroiodic acid and fluorosilane-grafted graphene oxide to glacial acetic acid, ultrasonically-treating water bath, low-temperature-reacting, reducing fluorosilane-grafted graphene oxide and obtaining a fluorosilane-modified graphene, dissolving fluororubber in organic solvent, adding fluorosilane-modified graphene solution to rubber solution, ultrasonically-dispersing, removing organic solvent, vacuum-drying at 120-150 degrees C for 3-6 hours and obtaining graphene/fluoroether rubber mixture, mixing graphene/fluoroether rubber mixture with an acid acceptor, curing agent and vulcanizing agent, hot-press-vulcanizing and two-stage atmospheric high-temperature vulcanizing.
