▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A self-antibacterial radiation-resistant primer comprises 30.0-50.0 pts. wt. rare earth modified acrylic water-based resin, 30.0-50.0 pts. wt. graphene modified acrylic water-based resin, 30.0-50.0 pts. wt. durable acrylic water-based resin, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. wetting agent, 8.0-15.0 pts. wt. coalescing agent, 0.4-1.0 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. anti-foaming agent, 20.0-50.0 pts. wt. nano-clad filler, and 15.0-40.0 pts. wt. deionized water. The nano-clad filler comprises 20.0-40.0 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 10.0-20.0 pts. wt. fumed silica, 8.0-16.0 pts. wt. coupling agent, 10.0-20.0 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate, 5.0-10.0 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3-1.0 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 2.0-8.0 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 6.0-14.0 pts. wt. white graphene, and 20.0-40.0 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Self-antibacterial radiation-resistant primer. ADVANTAGE - The self-antibacterial radiation-resistant primer does not require additional antibacterial agent and radiation proof material, easy fall off, and has high crosslinking density, adhesion, antibacterial performance, and anti-radiation performance due to addition of nano-clad filler.
