NOVELTY - Preparation of lead-tin-rare earth-graphene-containing grid alloy plate involves adding modified graphene powder to diffusion plating solution containing lead ions, carrying out electrochemical deposition using pure lead plate as anode and cathode to form lead-graphene composite material, mixing tin, lanthanum and cerium with molten lead liquid, melting, casting to obtain mother alloy ingot, melting lead ingots, adding mother alloy ingot and lead-graphene composite material, melting, adding remaining lead ingots, melting and casting. USE - Preparation of lead-tin-rare earth-graphene-containing grid alloy plate for lead storage battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of lead-tin-rare earth-graphene-containing grid alloy plate with improved grain size, grain boundary area and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of lead-tin-rare earth-graphene-containing grid alloy plate involves adding modified graphene powder to diffusion plating solution containing lead ions, carrying out electrochemical deposition using pure lead plate as anode and cathode to form lead-graphene composite material, mixing tin, lanthanum and cerium with molten lead liquid, heating, melting, casting to obtain mother alloy ingot, melting 70-80% lead ingots in melting furnace, heating, adding mother alloy ingot, heating to melt, adding lead-graphene composite material, melting, adding remaining lead ingots, melting, stirring and casting. The grid alloy plate comprises 0.1-1.wt.% tin, 0.01-0.2 wt.% lanthanum, 0.05-0.5 wt.% cerium, 0.5-10 wt.% lead-graphene composite material and balance amount of lead.
