NOVELTY - The method involves coating graphene oxide solution on the organic film. The dielectric layer material is coated on the negative electrode of the graphene super capacitor. The electrical layer material is cured, the excess dielectric layer material is cleaned and a dielectric layer is obtained. The anode material is coated on the dielectric layer. The organic film is wound and cut according to the shape of the graphene super capacitor that is cut into the riveting electrode for packaging. USE - Method for preparing graphene super capacitor used in manufacturing process of various electronic components. ADVANTAGE - A simple condition for good yield is provided. The high efficiency graphene super capacitor is produced.
