NOVELTY - The device has a base (1) whose top surface is provided with two supporting mechanisms (4) for supporting a circular pipe and driving the circular pipe to rotate. A pressing mechanism (2) is provided on the base for applying lower pressure to the circular pipe. Two sides of the base are provided with adjusting components (5) for following the pressing mechanism to move downwards to drive the supporting mechanisms to rotate. A bottom end of a guide rod (21) is fixedly connected with a top portion block (32). A screw rod (34) is provided with a shifting block (33) that is fixed on the guide rod.
